Common Areas Remodel - Parker, CO

We recently completed a full lobby, corridor, and restroom refresh for a building located in Parker, CO. The goal was to modernize the finishes with a neutral palette that will stand the test of time. We wanted to focus on long term durability while updating the space.

Within the building, many of the tenants are in the pediatric field so we decided to add some playful artwork along with a fun large scale mural. Murals are a great way to add interest to large walls for a fraction of the cost of artwork. The corridors in this 2 story building were updated with more neutral flooring. We painted the doors and trim black to bring a more modern feel with high contrast. We worked with a new signage company to update all interior signage completing the look. All existing lighting was replaced with LED fixtures to increase efficiency, save energy, and increase lighting output.

We achieved an amazing transformation in the restrooms by adding larger scale tile, adding quartz countertops with automatic faucets, and painting the partitions. A new LED light fixture in the extended soffit along with a fresh coat of paint helped brighten the space.

We create design options based on overall budget and existing conditions, while keeping the overall user experience in mind.

We are grateful to all who collaborated and worked hard with the McDermott team to make this project successful. Huge thanks to: David Konechne & Team at Soft Rock Construction
